Who We Are
Basseterre Animal Rescue Centre (BARC) is a nonprofit animal welfare organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals throughout St. Kitts.
Since our founding, we have worked to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, neglected, and homeless animals while promoting responsible pet ownership through education and community outreach.
